Shipping Information

All of our products ship directly from the Esse Skate LLC headquarters in California. Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase unless otherwise noted. Our goal is to get your products to you as fast as possible while still upholding our extremely high quality standards. We make each garment as it is ordered, so shipping times may depend on our suppliers’ availability. Once you order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with all tracking information. All orders will ship with USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise noted.

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want to ensure the highest quality standards possible. If there is a problem with any of your items please contact our customer service department by email at customersupport@esseskate.com or fill out the form on our contact us page. We review return, exchange, and other customer support requests on a case-by-case basis. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. All skate deck sales are final.
